Google Docs is a free program for creating Web-based documents on-line with the possibility of working in groups.
Features:
You can create text documents, spreadsheets, presentations and databases from the same application or imported using its web interface or sent using e-mail, and upload any file type. The files are stored on Google servers.
Another important feature is the possibility of collaborative working groups, besides being able to share with multiple users simultaneously.
The privacy of sensitive documents can be compromised by the fact that many people are certified in their accounts almost permanently on Google (Google accounts are used for a variety of services offered by Google such as email, calendar, etc..). Although this has clear advantages unified login, represents a safety hazard potential while accessing Google Docs because it requires no password check .
